How are these amounts of food on a spoon expressed in English please? I suppose the first one is a spoon full of sugar. How about the other two? Thanks

@ehBeth,
colher de sopa is a tablespoon
in cooking terms I would call the first one a heaped/heaping tablespoon, the second would be a tablespoon, the third would be a scant tablespoon

@ehBeth,
For scant we'd say level in the UK. The ingredient is levelled off to the sides of the spoon.

@Doubtful,
20g/20ml is a tablespoon / 4 teaspoons
15g/15ml is 3 teaspoons
10g/10ml is 2 teaspoons
