Three's Company 1977 TV Series
Who's the Boss? 1984 TV Series

Frasier 1993 TV Series
Friends 1994 TV Series
Father Ted 1995 TV Series
Everybody Loves Raymond 1996 TV Series
Sex and the City 1998 TV Series

Wow tsar, this is a really good one.

Going to the link, and refreshing my memory of these shows by seeing the characters, I came to the conclusion they were all pretty much hell.

However, in the spirit of the poll, I have it some thought. It seems like the vast majority of them are horrible simply because they are so immature. Then there's the one's that wouldn't appeal to me because even though it would somewhat interesting, either the frenetic activity (Malcolm in the middle), self entitlement/self absorbsion (Seinfeld), or being totally out of touch with reality disqualified them.

Trying to envision which world would cause me to continually say "What the **** is wrong with you people?" I would have to pick Sex in the City.

@tsarstepan,
Doc Martin? Sitcom?

Comedy drama, maybe.

@tsarstepan,
It would depend on what role I assumed in this new world.

Ross Geller when things were going well with Rachel sounds invigorating.

@chai2,
Well, apart from the invigorating two minutes, the rest of the day would be hell.

@tsarstepan,
I'm going to have to go with "Three's Company" because I thought every single person on that show was annoying.

@tsarstepan,
I had wonderful parents, so living out an eternity as the boy in Married with Children would be true Hell. But ultimately I have to go with:

Aqua Teen Hunger Force 2000 TV Series

I avoided watching the show because I knew it would give me nightmares.

Agreed, and Three's Company is just a knock off of Man About The House.

Where's
The Good Life
Dad's Army
Hi Di Hi
It Ain't 'Alf 'Ot Mum
The Fall And Rise Of Reginald Perrin
Only Fools And Horses
Open All Hours

I would say Only Fools And Horses, but I'm already living it.

@izzythepush,
Not forgetting 'One Foot in the Grave', of course.

'Not going out' is quite funny, and 'Peep Show' was very good.

'Inbetweeners' ? Would that count?

I'm actually getting to sound like him now.....

I imagine living my old age in a show like Derek.

I rather like Duran Duran, baby monkeys on pigs, and hamsters on pianos.

@tsarstepan,
Gotta go with MASH, in a poorly run war in a God forsaken place away from family.

This strikes me as a dumb question.

usually I let dumb questions go, but I decided to pipe in here on the very slim chance that I am not understanding the question correctly. If I am wrong maybe someone will be so kind as to show me where my error is.

@Lordyaswas,
It should. Unfortunately there's an American version that's not very good.

@hawkeye10,
I thought it would be Sesame Street, what with all those infernally tricky questions.

@hawkeye10,
I thought about MASH for that very reason but then I realized that I'd rather be stuck with the people in MASH than any of the other shows.

I'm sure the milkshake with eyes, the tub of french fries and the hunk of meat, in Aqua Teen Hunger Force, also have first-rate personalities.

I just need to stop being shallow, get past appearances, and give them a chance.
