I thought about MASH for that very reason but then I realized that I'd rather be stuck with the people in MASH than any of the other shows.

You want to be doing meatball surgery for infinity? Either hot or cold? Eating crap food?

MASH had laughs, the people were mostly good, but war is hell. Mash never forgot to show us, and to also show us the toll it takes on humans.

GET ME OUT OF HERE!

As I see it, hell is more like a soap opera. There I see the sense of Sartre's conclusion that Hell is other people;

@Kolyo,
Aqua Teen Hunger Force 2000 TV Series

It still gives me nightmares, my son thought it was (and is) hiLARious.

Doc Martin? Sitcom?

Comedy drama, maybe.

That was a stretch. Just had to add it (and damn the dictionary). Just figured some people might find the village life of gossip and no culture to be hell. Razz

Not forgetting 'One Foot in the Grave', of course.

'Not going out' is quite funny, and 'Peep Show' was very good.

'Inbetweeners' ? Would that count?

Added Peep Show and One Foot in the Grave. I'll leave out Inbetweeners as we have a 35 maximum option limit and I'll keep the remaining slots open for other's suggestions.

I'm sure the milkshake with eyes, the tub of french fries and the hunk of meat, in Aqua Teen Hunger Force, also have first-rate personalities.

I just need to stop being shallow, get past appearances, and give them a chance.

Meatwad is kind and silly, albeit really dumb. Stick with him.
Master Shake is somewhat noble and kind but often arrogant and pretentious.
Frylock and their human next-door neighbor, Carl Brutananadilewski are what make the setting extra hellish! Not forgetting to mention, MC Pee Pants:

Mother and Son

Australian

I always watched it with horrified fascination. Supposed to be a comedy, but really it was a horror drama.

@izzythepush,
Brilliant!

Mind you, the stray testicle at the fashion show was the funniest thing I'd seen since Only Fools was on.

@Lordyaswas,
That was good, although for me nothing beats vomiting on a child, except perhaps punching a fish.

Have you seen this? The DVD is well worth shelling out for.

I shall drop a hint to the better half, as it will make the perfect stocking filler.

@tsarstepan,
I'll only be satisfied when you drop Sex In The City and Hannah Montana. (Although both of those are as apt a description of Hell as you can get.)

@izzythepush,
Because it's an extra special seasonal hell! I've added the classic Britcom Are You Being Served (1972) as it will resonate with a lot of overworked and underpaid retail associates this time of year.

@tsarstepan,
The worst for me to live in would be:

Alf and Hannah Montana

I would love to be in (which you should add as an option):
Gilligan's Island 1964 TV Series
The Brady Bunch 1969 TV Series
Seinfeld 1989 TV Series - actually almost anything I have experienced in my life I can associate with a Seinfeld episode so I guess you can say I am living the dream.

Now granted I didn't consider the ones I am unfamilar with like the fast food sit com.

@tsarstepan,
Please don't do that on my behalf. I could never understand what made it so popular.

Now we have sitcoms about Moslems.
