Well one grand jury that took a month or so and look at a mountain of evidence did not think that there was even the low standard of probable cause that is need to bring charges.
Next what would you care to ask the man under a lie detector as once more the physical evidence back his statements concerning Brown action of turning and charging him?
Footnote under the state law in question a police officer in any case have the right to shoot a fleeing felon and given his earlier attacks on the officer he was indeed a fleeing felon.
But in any case, once more the physical evidence does not leave any room for any question about Brown turning and charging the officer.
