That's a fact. so why didn't he recuse himself or why wasn't he removed from the case?
I truly don't understand why this post is voted down. I thought this was a legitimate question. Of course the usual suspects mark down everything and anything I post, but I really thought someone would have an opinion on this.
I don't remember names very well. Is he related to the Ferguson story?

Who is Robert McCullough?
Prosecutor in the Michael Brown case who made such an ass of himself on tv. His father, a cop, was killed by a black man when he was 12, and he has a reputation for looking the other way on these types of things. True or not it should have, IMHO. been enough for him to get the hell off the case.
