Is it illegal to give children melatonin?
Is it illegal to offer it to other peoples children? Key word, offer.
The children are 8 and 9 years old.

I wouldn't be illegal to give your OWN children melatonin. Giving or offering someone else's children that would be the same as offering them Tylenol or any other over-the-counter drug. I advise against it in case of accidental allergic reactions. Anyone under the age of 18 in my opinion CAN NOT make decisions for themselves legally without a parents' permission. DON'T DO IT!!!
