They are as dangerous as the user is stupid.

Think of how many have dies as a direct use of the cell in the car. No cell, those would still be alive most likely.

Well, I think the problem is that it is not really the user, it is the lack of inofrmation given to the user.

And here, we are talking about its radiation.
