Help! I'm a reasonably intelligent person. I have a decent sense of humor. I do not understand this cartoon at all. Not even a little. Will someone please explain to me what I'm looking at? A little guy shoveling snow and a big guy on a path. What am I missing?

The man in the snow with huge shovel, and the other man with a small shovel.
What's missing is the description of what we're looking at in a joke sort of way.
So we volunteer out best sense of humor as to what the cartoon represents.

I dunno, big beefy man type guy shovelling tiny snow packet; small woman having troubles with the shovel and large amounts of snow..

The trick for this question is how to make it funny without swearwords.

Boida - I think you just haven't noticed that the guy on the path has a tiny shovel in his hand juxtaposing with the other character's huge shovel.
