Why doesnt she come and tall to me in college ? She does chat with me quite regularly though.

Because she doesn't want to? Because she has no way to get there? How are we supposed to know? I have two ways for you to find out.

1. Ask her.
2. Give me her phone number and I will call and ask her.

Now, seeing that you are in college, use your brain and figure out which of those two suggestions would be the grown up way to go about it.
