Flank pain in left side.

I had a kidney stone (right side) that I passed a few weeks ago the past few days I have been extremely thristy and had a dry mouth and so tired I could bearly keep my eyes open by 10 which is unusual for me. Today I started getting a pain in my urethra area then got really bad in the flank area and around my lower stomach and lower back it lasted about an hour and I've been ok since still very thirsty. Anyone had this and what was your diagnosis.
