I'm the late entry. I will admit, I know nothing about the football teams but decided I'd give the a shot. At least I get to see how I do against my uncle and dad. But this will be interesting as I'm more of a baseball guy.
Some of us are baseball people too, more or less. We have an a2k fantasy baseball league winding down (or up) right now. Welcome, glad you're here.

Let me murmur here that I'm quite glad I was wrong about SF and Dallas (well, so far).
I read the SF Chronicle free page (SFGate) daily because it's part of my favorite regional area in the U.S., and I read a lot of the woes of the bay area population re whatever teams they are for or hate. In my case, I like both 49ers and Raiders, so help me, despite sometimes having better sense. I've also read bad stuff about Dallas Cowboys but the negs on SF seemed worse. So, yay.
I thought that even if he was playing, he was constricted from being his usual self by his injuries. Again, glad it's going well.
There are still six minutes..

Also, I'm glad to see Boldin (SF) receiving more often than usual in the past year or so.

I waited all this time to watch Clowney play. {Texans - Washington} So right away he leaves with an injured leg. He missed preseason games with a concussion. I hope he plays at least part of the time.
For the curious among us, Cowdoc and I sit atop the weekly standings with 10 wins. Only Lightning22 and McGentrix can catch us if both NY and SanD win tonight. Barring that, I have the score as 27-23 and Cowdoc has it as 27-24. So, 50 points or less gives me the week, 51 or greater makes Cowdoc the winner. If both NY and SanD win, you will just have to come back tomorrow to see who gets the first week bragging rights.

The Amazing Giorgio did not do well this week.
It turns out his crystal ball was actually a souvenir snow-globe.
For next week, he will use his Tarot deck.
Prepare to be astounded!

The first week is the toughest.
Yahoo experts did a tepid 8-6 so far.
Congrats CR
A few rants
Really? Ravens at home? Best you can do?
C'mon Rams. Minnesota is a so-so team and you're at home.
Same with KC. At home? Against Locker? Come on!
Bears at home. Really? Buffalo?
I feel better now. Carry on.

Week 1 is in the books. With only 35 points being scored in the Ariz-SanD game, I manage to edge out Cowdoc for the weekly win. ( I know the below list is not formatted to be easily read. I'm having trouble for some reason getting it to look decent. Will work on figuring out what I am doing wrong for next week. Any suggestions on how to get it looking neater on here would be welcomed.)
I copied your list and pasted it into Wordpad.
Then I selected the entire list and made it Courier font.
Courier is a fixed-pitch font so evey character has the same length.
Then I inserted spaces as needed to line up the columns.
I copied this back into an A2K Reply window.
It looks as if the spaces are being ignored, but don't worry.
I selected the whole list and made it "Code".
Code also uses a fixed-pitch font, so things line up again.
