Does this sentence say "never were you more awake?" Or am I wrong with the interpretation?
My translation program - for what it is worth - says:
"So you were never awake"
We have German speakers - I am sure they will come and help.
As a German speaker I agree with Thok. :wink:
Super Video, just sent to a friend... she'll open it first thing in the morning when she gets into her office... hehe
But... I'd translate it to "you were never so awake".

Actually, "warst gewesen" is past perfect, so it should be correctly "had been awake" :wink:
