I just read aloud the last several posts and made Brian hungry and homesick.

He says to Sugar, If all your friends eat for free, you won't get rich all that soon! And to cj, Amen re: In & Out Burger.
And we will now take a moment of silence to commemorate the Best Tater Tots of All Time that are now gone, at Little Hips in San Antonio.

Tell Brian I WILL be a millionaire. See, I don't know him, so he gets no free pancake on a stick!

And don't try getting 2 and sneaking them over either - my Sonics will have a bouncer. Smile

I ran my idea by the boy last night - he started talking about how much capital we'd need, etc. etc.. He's just being no fun at all. No free pancake on a stick for him either!

No pancakes on sticks for the boys, then.

We had waffles and sausages for breakfast today. (No sticks.) I made an extra batch of waffle batter so I don't have to remake the batter again next time we require waffles. Which might not happen until dinner time, at least.

(According to the website, you only need about $1.2 million to open a Sonic.)

Pay attention, c.i.! That was covered!

Sausage on a skewer, wrapped cozily in a pancake. Duh!

Popeye's chicken. Beats all the rest.

We also have a Japanese restaurant near us that serves sushi on a conveyor belt. You sit at the counter and grab as it goes by. It's fresh, fun, and cheap.

kinda weird, you would think that living here in the middle of the friggen ocean, fish stuff would be reasonable.

Maybe it depends on the fish available?

you have a point. most of the larger top grade fish, tuna, mahi mahi etc., gets flown to japan.

lots of reef fish available and reasonably priced, but they don't use those for sushi or sashimi.

I always feel virtuous when I'm eating sushi. On the other hand, I just love take-out Chinese. And crispy fried chicken. Only time I ever had mayo on fries was in Belgium - not one of my favorites.

I'm sad to report that my Sonic doesn't have pancake on a stick! And I was so looking forward to it! The tater tots are the best, though...
