@coldjoint,
No mother should need to fear for her son life when after robbing a store he attacked a police officer.

If you still think the decision of the Michael Brown grand jury was fair or just, you really owe it to yourself to read the FBI witness statement, grand jury testimony and purported 'journal entry' of Witness #40 -- or maybe I should say "so-called Witness #40" -- in volume 15 of the transcript (starting at page 84 with the FBI statement and proceeding to the GJ testimony about 100 pages further on). Supposedly Witness #40 made a 'wrong turn' and ended up on Canfield just in time to see the events go down pretty much exactly as Wilson described them. Only problem is that the FBI got Witness #40 to admit he had lied, made racist statements and gone online to 'refresh' his memories of what he claimed he had witnessed. Oh yeah, and there was no way he could have gotten on to Canfield the way he claimed, probably because MapQuest didn't show that the road he claimed he used was physically blocked to vehicular traffic.

http://www.documentcloud.org/documents/1370504-grand-jury-volume-15.html

As you read it, remember that this testimony and journal were submitted to the Grand Jury as having some sort of official imprimatur, as having standing as evidence and eyewitness testimony. You cannot make this stuff up. I've referred to this Grand Jury as a 'kangaroo court' before and reading this utter tripe validates my initial assessment and amplifies it.

Here's how the journal entry, purportedly written on August 9 (the day Michael Brown was killed) but only brought to the attention of the Grand Jury the day the witness testified, begins:

Well I’m gonna take my random drive to Florissant. Need to understand the Black race better so I stop calling Blacks Niggers and start calling them People. Like dad always said you cant fear or hate an entire race cause of what one man did 40 yrs ago.

DA McCulloch and his staff of little Eichmanns allowed this obvious hoax to be submitted to the Grand Jury as evidence and eyewitness testimony. They allowed what they knew or should have known to be perjured testimony to be given to the GJ. So I want to know why the U.S. Dept. of Justice hasn't already indicted McCulloch and his staff for conspiracy to obstruct justice and for conspiracy to violate Michael Brown's civil rights.

The audio recording of the Michael Brown shooting proves Darren Wilson's story is false
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2014/12/01/1348720/-The-audio-recording-of-the-Michael-Brown-shooting-proves-Darren-Wilson-s-story-is-false

To summarize: Wilson claims that Brown was charging toward him, that Wilson began to fire his gun when Brown was about 15 feet away, and that Brown continued to advance without slowing down until the final gunshot stopped him.

Is there an objective timeline of these gunshots? Fortunately for us (and unfortunately for Wilson, had the prosecution actually been interested in prosecuting the case), there is. A nearby resident who was in an online voice chat at the time obtained audio of all the gunshots fired in the street (that is, the two gunshots that occurred at Wilson's SUV were not included). Here is a visualization of the recording:

http://images.dailykos.com/images/118294/large/brownshootingaudio.png

We can see that six shots (marked in red) were fired within a span of approximately two seconds. There was then a three second pause before the seventh shot was fired. The eighth shot came one second later, followed quickly by shot 9 and then shot 10. The total time was 6.572 seconds.

To reiterate, Wilson claims that Brown was charging toward Wilson throughout the time that Wilson fired these shots. It seems a fair assumption that Wilson's use of the word "charge" would mean that Brown was sprinting. How much ground can a sprinting human cover in 6.572 seconds?

Let's start, just for curiosity's sake, with the fastest speed ever recorded for a human on foot: 27.44 mph by Usain Bolt. At that speed, Bolt would cover 264 feet in 6.572 seconds.

Obviously, Brown wasn't an elite sprinter; he doesn't look to have been much of an athlete, period. So let's try to get a more realistic estimate. Your average human isn't going to have a record of their sprinting speed available. One place where humans are regularly recorded sprinting short distances is the NFL combine's 40 yard dash. In 2014, the fastest 40 yard dash time was running back Dri Archer's 4.26 seconds; the slowest was offensive lineman Cyrus Kouandjio's 5.59 seconds. Kouandjio's listed measurements are 6'6", 311 pounds, so he's of similar proportions to Michael Brown's 6'4", 292.

Are you claiming to know what happened on that day between those two people, Frank? That would be very unlike you.

Not claiming that at all, FBM. Where on Earth did you get that notion from?

Your posturing. Much like Herod's and DNA-something-something's posturing with regards to creationism. You make statements obviously in support of a certain conclusion as if you know which conclusion is the better one.

@FBM,
He wasn't posturing. He said bosol has been sharing good informative information but it would never change minds. Both statements are indeed correct. His reply followed the information regarding the recording from the person who was chatting online which happened to have caught the shots.

You have already implied after reviewing information you believe Wilson was in the right (or words to that effect)for shooting down Brown. Why are you not guilty of the same as you accuse Frank merely because you have the opposite conclusion? (at least I seem to remember such, if I am wrong, please feel free to correct me)

I have clearly stated that I am agnostic about who was in the right or wrong in that incident. If I post something that opposes another's opinion (on whichever side of the debate), it's only to point out a logical inconsistency, not a final conclusion.

@bobsal u1553115,
It really is a shame you do not have the ability to argue a point without resorting to childish comments. I suspect that is why you need pictures to post since your words have no meaning since you can not frame your argument very well.

The reality and the facts have revealed that Brown is no innocent victim here and Wilson had legitimate concerns for his safety and for the safety of others. It is that simple. Yet, you want to portray Brown as the "champion" of his race? Really?

Go find some more pictures !

Games over...everyone has gone home and this dumb ass who doesn't like the score is still in the stands yelling at the refS...but they went home to.

You could care less about facts. You are one of the dumb asses who want to perpetuate the hands up don't shoot myth when the forensics say you're full of ****.
