When I started in narcotics back in the day the average THC content in a joint was .04%. Now sinsemilla can be as high as 17%. Remember THC is a mild hallucinogen.

I have Olympic Chocolate Chunk, at 26% (WAVES TO THE BEAR) . Here in Washington a sample from each batch needs to go to the lab, and the batches have to be small and all mixed in one container I think so that the lab result is fairly close to what is in the bag.

legal and taxed recreational. we have had it only about 6 months.

The Feds are most certainly not amused. The cops are working on DUI enforcement, with WSU working on a breathalyzer for them.

A few years back they arrested the guy who was making all the LSD, and now it can't be had on the street anymore. Now if people buy "LSD" on the street, it's actually some other chemical.

The problem is, LSD was very safe, safer even than caffeine. This new chemical that they are marketing as LSD is leaving people dead and in comas.

As a young MP in Germany working MPI/JDST in the 70s, while under cover, I smoked up with the dopers. Let me tell you I definately hallucinated off some bubble gum black hash (there was no weed over there at that time) Man did I see some weird **** on that stuff!

But back to the thread topic: my theory is that Big Mike went off this day because he now thought he was a man and/or he was sick and tired of taking guff from whites. His school that he had just finished was 98% black, but it appears from the pics and names the facility is about 70% white. They also are big on the zero tolerance BS. I think one more adult telling him what to do set him off, maybe because that adult was white .

But maybe it was the pot in his system.

That's good. If LSD is ever legalized, it will then be available from reputable vendors who will sell the actual safe stuff as opposed to a hazardous knock off.

Btw, I never claimed none of our police officers were armed. That would be a ridiculous thing to say. I said our police weren't routinely armed, and they're not. There are specialist armed response units who are called in when they suspect a perpetrator may be armed, but for normal every day policing they're not.

Not only would GIUJohn not qualify as an ordinary police officer, he wouldn't even make the grade as a PSO, (support workers who do not have the power of arrest.)

Whoever placed those nation guard troops into that situation instead of well train MP troops train to deal with mobs should had been charge but not the troops themselves.

But in any case, for my engineering school as a body we did refused to go along with the shut down of the university for a day in honor of the Kent State students killed or harm in that protect that you claimed to had survived.

Telling the University that if we was refused our right to attend classes that day we would expect either a rebate or another day schedule to made up the work lost.

The engineering school ended up being the only school open that day.
