@BillRM,
Hmmmmmm .... punched or shot ..... tough choice. Maybe the cop got punched before he could shoot the suspect. How about you, TonyRM, would you rather be a punched armed cop, or a shot unarmed suspect? Do you have any figures, TonyRm, on how many cops gets punched every year, because I do have figures on how many unarmed civilians get shot, beaten and maliciously prosecuted every year. Punched. BFG.

@bobsal u1553115,
When you are willing to attack an armed cop that mean that you are likely to also be more then willing to used deadly force on that cop by seizing his gun for example or pulling out a hidden weapon of you own.

I do not feel a bit sorry for someone beating a cop ending up dead as a result.

We do not paid cops enough to allowed themselves to be beaten by some hoodlum of whatever color.

@BillRM,
Even though a cop is much more likely to kill an unarmed civilian than be shot on the job. Where did you get your brain damage,anyway?

Fact: a population of 350,000,000 shoost 50 cops in a year (and that number of cops killed has been going down) and 120,000 full time cops shoot over 500 civilians in a year (and that number is growing every year).

So TonyRM, explain it.

@bobsal u1553115,
Yes and as there is no center database of police killings one wonder what part of your body you pull such numbers out of.

Next why would I have a problem with any number of self defense shooting by cops a year as once more you do not need a gun to be a deadly danger to a police officer.

Once more there is always at least one gun on the site when a cop and a hoodlum get into it and it not uncommon for a cop to be killed by his or her own gun.

@BillRM,
You are so ******* stupid. You depend on that "no database" crap to balance your **** upright. So get your **** mop out:

Yet another source for statistics that have been published on this site before. No wonder you don't like like my cutting and pasting: I show out your lies every time.

@bobsal u1553115,
A newspaper database that where you are getting some of your silly figures!!!

I am sure that newspapers employees are train on creating valid databases of nationwide crime and police shootings numbers.

Not only that this is third or four level claims as there was no direct link to any Washington Post database given.

A 14-year-old boy was arrested by police in Texas after a homemade clock he wanted to show his school teachers was mistaken for a bomb.

Ahmed Mohamed told US media that he had made a clock at home and brought it into MacArthur High School in Irving to show his engineering teacher.

Another teacher saw it and, concerned it looked like a bomb, alerted school authorities who called the police.

His father fears the incident happened because of his son's Muslim background.

This is just another example of the BS "zero tolerance" policies we have at schools. Were you guys this upset when a 2nd grader was suspended for chewing a poptart into the shape of a gun?

@izzythepush,
My wife is still Republican though she no longer is on the board of County Republican Women and she was disgusted with that as I was. It is no surprise why most Americans travel abroad with Maple Leaves on their luggage.

G*d bless the Canadians.

Hillary Clinton supports "Zero Tolerance" and manatory minimum sentencing, the death penalty and three strike laws.

Why are your principles and issues soooooo Hillary Clinton-esque? Seriously.

@bobsal u1553115,
First of all me and Bill are no where close to the same level of close as you and Izzy. I don't know why you think I would need a sock when I am very obviously not interested in thumbs. Your stuff gets thumbed immediately after you post it though. So either you gotta sock or you two go on at the same time all the time. As for your punched vs shot that's just a stupid question. That's like asking whether you want to be the guy who gets bit by an alligator or just stick your hand in it's mouth. It's still the thugs fault if his arms are not in the air. The officer DOES NOT KNOW whether a suspect is armed. NO X RAY GLASSES. NO MIND READING DEVICES. If the hands are not up, cop does not know. Not cops fault. Thug stupid. Thug no steal, thug no fight cop, thug no get shot. Your still talking about less than half a percent of our police force.

Not sure how you came to that conclusion from what I said. It must be that comprehension issue we were talking about a while back...

@ossobuco,
It only took 2 days for Obama to get involved. I wonder how long it took for him to comment on the death of police officers due to his support for BLM. If it's race based, Obama is all over this **** with major support. Cops die, he's silent...
