How to say "go home" or "go to home"?

"Go home" works just fine...IF you are asking someone to leave...to go home.

I am not sure that is what you are trying to communicate, though...so it would help if you fleshed out what you are trying to communicate.

Hello.
You cannot say "go to home". You have to say "go home".
Also, if I do not know how to say something I always check here lingohelp.com/?q=go++to+home

Context, context, context.

You can say "go to home" if, for instance, you're playing a game with a step or base that is designated "home."
