I disagree. Each person has a unique combination of shape of face, type of features, skin tone and texture. I think that there are certain hair colors that harmonize with skin tones, and others, that for want of a better word, clash.

Take this from someone who has been playing with her hair color for more years that I would want to admit. I have had hair colors that were absolutely gorgeous by itself, but did nothing for me.

I think that each woman needs to know which shades are best for her, and avoid the others.

Phoenix : I hope your search was fruitful. Yeah, I'm a male, but ten years ago I discovered there is only 1 haircut that doesn't make me look like a young gorilla with pointy nose and red ears.

Personally, on women I think that black is the most beautiful color. (yah I know this was a question for guys, but, well hey....) It's always so shiny and lustrous looking (makes me jealous Evil or Very Mad grrr!). On men I'm just the opposite. A head of dark blond hair will catch my eye every time!

Auburn is my favorite on females; sometimes on males, too.

I like dark red also, but just on females. I don't like strawberry blond/e at all.
