Can someone please help me with an anlysis of this book, i despratly need to undertand it more throughly before my exam on thursday, i need to know the theme and the values etc.

Stevepro, I found this link when I looked up Vandals Alice Munro on Google.com. There may be more, I didn't look further. You could do the same thing, check Google.com in regard to Begger Maid.

I think your teacher wants you to think about the story and analyze it yourself. It is short, isn't it? Read it a few times and see if you notice any new aspects to it as you read..
