Hi I am 44 years old up to three months ago I was having normal periods then since I have been just very light bleed like spotting instead of period. It's lasting like my period. Had terrible lower back pain too.

Sorry to see that you're having problems with your health. This could be normal aging process or something more impactful; however, the most accurate useful answer is to see a medical professional.

What does your doctor say when you presented these symptoms to her/him? You have asked your doctor, haven't you? If it were me, the first thing I'd do would be to make an appointment with primary care doc or gynecologist.

Given your age, it sounds like you could be starting perimenopause. It could also be symptoms of other things. Best thing to do is make an appointment with your gynecologist and get checked out.
