Saliva's lyrics make me laugh.

Quote:
On those Saturdays,
when kids go out and play,
yo I was VP in my room I let the stereo blaze,
wasn't faded,
not jaded,
just a kid with a pad and pen and a big imagination.

But I can't be too critical, my hometown's claim to fame is 3 Doors Down.

BPB, some punctuation there would actually help. What happened? Ok. So, Josey Scott's first name is NOT saliva? And Aerosmith didn't change their name? Sorry. I have a cold and I'm easily confused right now.

My home town's big famous rock star is Lou Gramm from Foreigner. How pathetic.

I only put REO because Foreigner or Journey is an impossible choice. They both have one album that I like, but for the most part, they stink.

Hah, nice. Laughing If not for "Dust in the Wind" I'd group Kansas with all those bands.

What about Styx? They're in that completely forgettable music category too, aren't they?

We're getting way off topic here! Santana was asking if anyone here liked pony rides and cotton cancy.

I believe, since this is her thread, you guys could have the decency to give her an answer instead of rambling on about bland, vanilla bands that deserve to be pushed into the deepest crevice in hell and have their amplifiers melted into a sticky puddle of tar.

Gus have you ever covered a pony in cotton candy and then mounted it?
Good times.

Funny you should ask that, Bear. I was just now looking at my itenerary for the weekend's activities, and I noticed in the 7:30 - 8:15 time slot: Cover pony in cotton candy and mount it.

Guess I better get ready.

Gus, you are so right! Let's get back on the topic.

I like that blue cotton candy. That stuff is great. I like to pull of gobs of it while I'm walking to the tilt-a-whirl. The tilt-a-whirl kicks ass. You get that big steering wheel thing in the center and start cranking it around, and some ex-con is over there making the ride go faster than it should while drinking a can of Budweiser and playing "Time for me to fly" as loud as it would go and you'd be screaming in terror everytime it flung you across the seat in that red metal crate of death and . . . oh crap I lost my train of thought . . . Gus, what the hell did Santana want to talk about again?

I think Santana is an angel. She has brought us all together. We're one big happy family. No quarrels, no hostility, just good, clean fun.

Cotton candy, pony rides, til-a-whirls..... ahhh, it just doesn't get any better than this.

Whose turn is it to mount the pony?
