No I'm not Hispanic.

I was referring to that silly boy band, Menudo.

The first (and only) time I tasted menudo, the spoonful I took had a piece of hominy (el maíz molido) in it. I irrationally thought I had a sheeps eye in my mouth. Well, I know a sheep eye is a lot bigger, but maybe it was from a very small sheep. Laughing

I'm actually of Polish descent. I live in Central Texas, in Austin.

Yes i now the band. My older girl cousins where fans.

I love menudo but it is a difficult recipe. A bad cooker can get you to the hospital with a horrible diharrea. But a good cooker, mostly that old hipanic cheerful aunt that every hipanic kid has, can make a divine menudo that is joy to taste.
