I remember years ago, there were singers who would entertain gatherings at piano bars and do similar acts like Mr. Jessel. It's a lost art, but still funny as hell. I can't remember the name of the performer but he would sing original songs and also parodies of others. The one line I remember was delivered in the style of a melancholy bar patron "it's quarter to 3, there's no one in the place except you and me, so stick em up Joe". Then a ton of laughter. I wish I could remember the singer, he also had a song called "suck eggs", very funny.
