If you tell somebody to come for eating, you must tell:
"come and eat" , "come to eat" Or both?

Same question for "go and eat" and "go to eat".

COME AND EAT would be the usual but this is used as a way to say the meal is ready. Also, LET'S EAT. or DINNER/LUNCH/BREAKFAST IS ON.

GO AND EAT would see use when one person is telling another to go eat but the person telling isn't joining in at that time.

Example: Go and eat. I'll watch/feed/take care of the baby.

You're welcome, Milimi. Was the scenario/situation you had in mind the one I described (in someone's residence) or did you have another situation in mind?
