In a meal, when someone asks:

-Do you enjoy the food?

What are the expressions showing different levels of enjoyment that we can use in reply?:

1. Very much.?
2. A little?
3. No feeling?

@WBYeats,
I cannot imagine someone saying number three. In such a situation, i would expect someone to give an opinion, even if it were insincere. As for number two, i would expect someone to say something more like "It's OK," or "It's good." That is called "damning with faint praise." That means to state that something is good when your interlocutor knows that you don't really mean it.

As for the question, i cannot imagine anyone asking me "Do you enjoy the food?" I think it more likely that someone would ask me "Do you like the food?" or "Do you like your meal?" or, perhaps, "Are you enjoying the food (or your meal)?"

@WBYeats,
DO YOU ENJOY seems to point to the general condition, the habitual condition - do you enjoy skiing/tennis/eating pizza/... ?

DO YOU LIKE can be used for both the general and a specific situation.
