Some of us, Kent, don't understand the requirement

the test wants me to state what each of these are
i.e if i see her, i'll tell her (first conditional)

Aha Kent, now I see. After a lifetime in the field of journ I don't have the foggiest notion except to guess some of 'em are tentative; while intense thinking about tense simply leaves me feeling tense

the ones I have right in your list are...

the new supermarket... past simple
he is swimming... present continuous
if you don't do the work... 1st conditional
he's been working all night... present perfect continous

The other ones in your list I also am stuck on. Did you get the answers to these?

Ive been trying to ring her all morning?
it's really cold today, isn't it?
