"I am as familiar to A as B is to C."
Is there an expression like this, meaning that I am not familiar with A at all? Many thanks!

Not really a set expression, but some authors/ speakers like to make up their own, usually with humorous intent.

It depends on whether A, B and C are human (animate ??) or things. If things, then "familiar WITH".
