It was like about four months ago when my classmate hit me in the head hard with a small rock, just about the saize of a quarter I reckon and it hurt and I felt throbbing sensation for a couple of days then it stopped and I think it came back after two mothns or so and sometimes a get a throb or two after that but it really doesn't hurt or annoys me because I often get migraines so is this serious enough to go see a doctor or just let this heal overtime?

Since you joined on the 25th of May, along with many other newbies, I'm curious if you at least checked WebMD first. If it's a true story about a head injury, yes, you need to see a doctor.
