Oakland vs. Green Bay, with Favre being the difference.

Pack, 27-24.

I will also predict that he retires if they do.

PDiddie, the Packers were knocked out yesterday, by the Jets.

WHAT?!?
What?!?

Oh, you mean that meaningless 42-17 shellacking at the hands of Chad Pennington, enabling the Jets to knock out the Fish and the Patsies.

The Pack took yesterday off to rest up for the playoffs, or didn't you notice?

I'm going to step waaaayyyy out on a limb here and say right now that this year will be a New York Superbowl. Jets vs. Giants in the big game. You heard it here first! (ok, maybe not.. lol)

Hmmm.. Lemme take the Giants to win it all.

Sorry, PDiddie, my error.

And I should know these things, seeing as I guide this forum.

Ehm, never mind me. Embarrassed

PDiddie-Do I understand you to say that the Packers had no interest in having the home field advantage throughout the playoffs? Not to mention a bye in the first round.

Not knocked out at all!!!!!!!! Donald Driver, maybe, and that plus Sharper is big. And homefield advantage woulda been huge. But NOT knocked out.

PDiddie, I hope hope hope you're right.

That's what I think, but my bias is blinding. I hope Brett retires if so, and does it properly, no coming out of retirement in the Michael manner.

However, like Michael, you don't want to make him mad, and he is one PO'ed dude. I'm looking forward to the fallout.

Philadelphia if McNabb can hang in there and play.
If not, Oakland is my second choice.
What does the winner get? Smile

pueo,
What, did I read it right, you said Tampa Bay was going to take it all?
No way, they don't have an offense, especially on the ground.
Nothing wrong with me backing the Pack as long as they're still in it. Smile
I have to live here you know.

Seal Poet: LOL Actually, the Red Sox probably have a greater shot at winning the Superbowl than at ever winning a World Series, which is devastatingly sad and painful.

re: the Superbowl ....... I am Pats fan who thinks they got REALLY lucky last year, especially in the Oakland game. I think Oakland is even stronger this year and will be really tough to beat. So, color me silver and black - literally !
