We have being dating for around 4 months but haven't gone 'all the way' yet (we are both 16) I give him head/hand several times a week and He has down on me and also given me hand. Whatever you do when you masturbate that makes you climax, have him try that on you. Are you sexually attracted to him?! If not, that could easily be the reason you aren't really finishing...Also, when he does oral on you have him sllllooowww down and when he gets to a place that feels really good tell him...communication is key!
