One of the main guys was looking for people to ride with him to share gas expenses. Not a good omen for someone leading a revolution to run out of gas on the way to it.

It sounds suspiciously like the fifty million bikers march on Washington, of about a year ago. I think two, maybe three bikers showed and they were looking for the nearest exit.
