You definitely need to get rid of your activities and should even pay attention to your diet.
Increase your diet, have high protein and fats and get regular sleep for your self. Thus it would help you to improve your health.

I have gotten used to the English system,
as distinct from the metric system.
The latter gets on my nerves.
I think in terms of MILES, not kilometers.

Causes of being very thin are from Thyroids condition to defacing food without being digested. It is not necessarily about age or diet.

Only the doctor, after performing some tests, will have a proper diagnosis.

Even when the patient won't tell much to the doctor, "the tests will talk".
