THEM refers to EVALUATIONS; but in dictionaries I find only
-an evaluation OF the health care system

Can I use ON?

:"them" refers to "arguments" and their potential soundness or validity. I suppose you could use "on", but I'd prefer "of".

Incidentally WB, "them" could be misconstrued as referring to the arguers so I might say instead "…evaluations thereof"
