improve spoken English

Well Cathy your ambition is laudable since English is reputed such a difficult tongue. I'm hardly an expert but I do seem to be first up so what the heck, talk to us, communicate with us through forums like this'n (tho don't post homework), watch our tv, read our books etc etc

Regarding the forum, develop a thick skin, don't be afraid. Some, many, of us attracted to this form of communication seem terribly angry at all times about nearly everything, will attack any posting no matter how innocent
