Where can I find a copy of a politician's tax return figures (e.g., Governor Pataki)?

There was a website starting up some time ago - supposedly the idea behind it was that since the government collects information on its citizens, then the citizens should be able to collect information on the government. When I saw it a while back, it already had quite a bit of information available, and it was almost brand new. There was a concern that anyone could add information to the database, so there could be false accusations or inaccurate data in there. I don't remember what it was called, and I can't seem to find any information about it on Google. Maybe you could look at this page and travel along some of the links and get lucky.
