(1) Stuffed dumpling made partly or wholly of glutinous rice flour served in soup; what is stuffed in the dumpling is, for example, ground sesame and sugar -- in China it is called sesame core dumpling. I dunno what you native English speakers call it.

(2) A cup of cola with some ice , like in Kentucky or Mcdonald's, what do you call it?

1) In the US, the Chinese restaurants serve won-ton soup. This is a dumpling stuffed with ground pork. I don't know if this is what you mean.

2) A "Coke". The name comes from the brand name, "Coca Cola", but has become generic for a cola drink.

The sesame core dumpling is the white ball-like dumpling in the pic below:

While won ton is often made out of wheat flour, not glutinous rice flour.

We call those either sticky rice balls or glutinous rice balls around here.
