Hi it's an embarrassing subject for me but for years I have always had loose stools not to the point of watery but I have always been a regular person 2 to 3 Times a day but lately I get up and go and it's not solid but ok then when I go for a second time it's like water? I'm not sure if this could be ibs syndrome or something I'm eating. It just seems strange that it doesn't happen the first time I go. I feel fine in myself and weight lift at the gym so still feel strong.

Why would this happen.

It's probably something you are eating or drinking. Coffee? Are you taking supplements? High fat junk food? Too many vitamins? Write down EVERYTHING you eat for a week and try to track it.

May even be an allergy. gluten intolerant? lactose intolerant?

You need more fiber and water.

The gym workout has nothing to do with this.

If this continues, see a Dr.

@PUNKEY,
Thanks for your reply I havnt been having coffee,or taking any supplements I have been trying to eat bland food but still seem to get this problem. Some days I do get really gassy and my stomach makes really loud digesting noises after eating but this doesn't happen every time I eat.

@chilled657,
It doesn't have to be some horrendous problem. It could be a thyroid issue, or IBS...nothing terribly complicated. See a physician.
