If you remove the commas from these sentences you would render them grammatically incorrect:

Webinars(,) with their associated upsells(,) can be a profitable endeavor. Key to getting a good start is filling seats. Keep these principles in mind as you plan your next event(,) and watch your attendance rates increase.

If you remove half the commas do you make it half true or half false?

They wouldn't be grammatically incorrect. The commas help clarify what is being expressed.

The final comma is unnecessary.
