In the classroom, usually a projector is used together with the screen. What verbs are used to describe actions related to it? Can I say these? Are there alternatives?:

-I want to use the white board, so please raise/retract the screen.
-Can you lower/put down the screen?(when the screen is computer-controlled)

@WBYeats,
-Can you lower/(put) PULL down the screen?(when the screen is manually operated

(Screen being carried into a room) -Can you put the screen down on the floor in the corner.

'Retract' could be used/ could see use if the screen is pulled into a cavity.

Can you put down the screen?

Could be said in anger or frustration.

@WBYeats,
WB: Do you mean another kind of screen not used for classroom teaching?

No, I was only trying to give you a feel for 'put down'.
