Please, do I understand rightly on the meaning of this sentence?

- The bell rang at 20-minute intervals.

To my understanding it means that the bell sounds every twenty minute, am I right?

And can I change it to this way? - The bell rang at intervals of 20 minutes.

Do the two sentences give the same meaning?
