Hi there! :-)
If a person who can solve different kind of problems, is he considered as problems solver or problem solver?
For example: David is a problems solver, he knows how to fix the broken windows / doors / bicycle chain etc.
Please advise!

I believe that the average native speaker of English (at least in the United States) would say a problem solver.
