The opposite forces such as yin and yang ....
question is about "the" at the start...should it be "opposite forces" or "the opposite forces"

@1jane1,
We might need at least the entire sentence to answer. As it looks now, I would say you shouldn't use "The". Grammatically, either is correct but we should have more context for a specific case.
