DELETE OR DISCARD EVERYTHING HE HAS EVER SENT OR GIVEN YOU.

UNFRIEND HIM ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

UNTAG YOURSELF FROM PHOTOS YOU'RE IN WITH HIM, OR THAT HE TOOK.

And go out and have a good life. Maybe reconnect with your girlfriends. You know, the other people in your life, who you've likely neglected in the pursuit of someone who doesn't care about you.

Spend some time with them, and I bet you'll start to hear them say things like, "We knew he was a rat, but we knew you wouldn't listen, so we hung back but we are here for you."
