This is to inform you that our first Tournament starting data has been postponed probably to next week (Awaiting for official announcement).
Noticed that few of players giving their confirmation for match and withdrawing their confirmation in last moment with “improper” excuses.
Consequently we are forced to play with short of players same like last match with veterans team. As a matured adults please try to keep your words up.

I don't think "Tournament" or "Awaiting" should be capitalized.

The "for" isn't right. Perhaps replace it with "an" (or perhaps just remove it).

A comma might be nice after "postponed".

"Noticed" sounds wrong alone.

We have noticed....
I have noticed....
It has been noticed.....
The committee has noticed....

"Few of players" should be: "a few players".

"Giving" should be: "are giving".

"Match" should be: "the match".

"In last moment" should be: "in the last moment" or "at the last moment".

"Play with short of players" should be: "play short of players".

"Same like" is wrong. Perhaps "just like".

"With veterans team" should be: "with the veterans team".

"As a matured adults" should be: "as mature adults" or "as a mature adult".

"Keep your words up" should be: "keep your word" (which means to do what you have promised to do).
