I feel so broken. Over the weekend I slept with my Ex who's married and has kids we also have a child together.He has always shown me that he was never fully over me when I ended the relationship making comments from time to time like " you never loved me to walk away from our 7 year relationship."Which we broke up some time ago and he still bring up arguments we had years ago. in detail! but regardless what we did was dead wrong .After we had sex I begun to ball-cry, he tried to console me and i push him away he then looked at me and asked me "why are you crying You're the mother of my child."I then said what we did was wrong! and begun to cry again he than looked at me and said Don't cry for me I'am Okay?, Does he have any remorse?

Probably not.
But if you truly have remorse, as it appears you do, you will make sure you never do this again. That is called learning from your mistakes.

Thank you so much for reaching out and giving me a reply. I have already come up with a no contact rule If he wants to see our child he would have to see him at his grandparents home. Also no contacting my phone I brought my son a phone so he can stay in contact with his father.
