Hi Guys,
As you all know that we are planned a big friendly match with our veterans team. Match scheduled on this Sunday . Before selecting the final 11 for the match, I would like to know your availability for Sunday (confirm if you are available 100% ).

@achu,

No problem, achu, don't worry about it.

Sometimes I get a bit touchy. I always like to know if my answer has been helpful, is understood, and whether there are any other questions remaining.

Don't worry about your English. It is quite understandable, and will get better. Try to think of a shorter phrase which will do the same job, in your team notices.
