Hopeless Change

You ever work somewhere that they keep changing things and re-organizing? The higher ups consider that change is good and we need to re-organize.

Now I am in complete support of change that has a purpose; that you can see will make improvements. Since I've been here less than 2 years all I've seen is change. Change, where the solution just seems to be moving people from one group to another. In some cases, moving people into positions that they have no experience in.

What I've seen as a result is no one gets to really understand their job and/or function. It then tends to rest on the shoulders of a few middle managers that have the most understanding (kinda because they are in the middle).

I call this type of change - because it actually is more of the same - as hopeless change.
