The Soviet leader Brezhnev is supposed to deliver a speech at the opening of the XXII Olympic Games in Moscow in 1980.
He had not enough time to read the text the speechwriter prepared for him, and he saw his speech the first time at the moment he approached a microphone and started reading: "O! O! O!"
After the third "O" he feels that something is wrong and asks the Soviet Prime-Minister Kosygin that stands near him:
"What the hell is written here?"
Kosygin: "This is the Olympic logo ?- five colored rings. The speech starts three centimeters lower".
