I have requested to you to confirm your availability for saturday and most of them are not showed their interest to reply also whether you are in or out.
Please let me know If you are really not interested to be part of the team. So I can remove your name from group messages.

You could shorten it a lot. The message is simple:

Most members have not replied to my earlier request: please let me know whether you are interested in being part of the team, so that I can remove other names from group messages.
