Hi everyone! So I'm in a but of a predicament here. So this girl and I have been talking for about a good four weeks now. We really really like each other and I know she does because she's told me. We go to the same school and we kiss everyday and all that stuff. Problem is: lately I have been pretty clingy and I'm sensing that she wants a little more breathing room.I feel stupid because I've made this mistake before in a past relationship. It really came out today after school because I tried giving her a kiss and saying bye, she still kissed me but I could sense she seemed kind of bland and uninterested. So I've been thinking tonight about what I should do and I decided I just won't text her at all tonight (we pretty much text everyday too so I will cut back on texting her). But I was thinking of just pulling her aside tomorrow morning at school and just saying "Hey look, I know I've been pretty clingy lately and I'm sorry. I'm going to change that right now and give you your space." Something along those lines. What do you guys think about that? Is that a good thing to do? Should I say something different? I really like this girl and I don't want to screw up what we have. Thank you very much guys:)
You are not a mind reader, so don't try to figure out what she wants or needs.
ASK her if everything is ok with you two.
But, if you feel that you are too clingy, you probably are.
